30-Day Returns

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you can contact us to request a return. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in a clean, resalable condition, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@arcticbreeze.co.uk with your order number and details of your return request.
  2. We will confirm the appropriate return method based on the product's size and weight.
  3. For larger portable air conditioners, a courier collection may be arranged where applicable.
  4. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and confirm the appropriate next step, which may include a replacement, repair, collection or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used air filters, unless faulty
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items returned after the 30-day window, unless required by law

Cancellation

You can request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
